Everything here talks to the device over USB from your browser (Chrome or Edge on a computer). Plug it in and press one of its buttons first. Nothing is uploaded to the internet.
Your browser can't talk to USB devices. Use Chrome or Edge on a computer. You can still make and download badges below.
Sync everything
One click brings the device up to date: the newest firmware (your settings and files stay), the clock, your calendar and any notes waiting to send.
Export your calendar to a .ics file once (see Clock & calendar
below) and choose it here; this page remembers it. When your calendar changes, export it again to the same
file.
Badge maker
Drop in an image, tweak it, then send it to the device (it opens straight away) or download a 200×200 1-bit BMP.
Preview at 1.5×, as it will look on the panel.
Plug the device in and press one of its buttons to wake it, then Send.
Pet
Dress up the Pet on your device: pick each part, give it a name if you like, then send it. It changes on the device straight away. Needs firmware v1.5 or newer (Install has the newest).
Plug the device in and press one of its buttons to wake it.
Clock & calendar
Set the device's clock to this computer's time.
Send the next 7 days of a calendar to the Timetable. Export a calendar file
(.ics) from Apple Calendar (File → Export), Google Calendar (Settings → Import & export) or
Outlook, and drop it here. Repeating events are included. Sending also sets the clock.
Each send replaces the events on the device. If you also use the automatic Mac sync, the Mac sends its own calendar the next time the device is plugged in.
Automatic calendar sync (Mac)
A small background app on your Mac sends the time and your Apple Calendar (next 7 days, all calendars)
every time the device is plugged in and awake. It needs the Xcode Command Line Tools
(xcode-select --install).
git clone https://github.com/Forrest404/unidex.git unidex/tools/calsync/install.sh
Allow Calendar access when macOS asks. Remove it again with
unidex/tools/calsync/install.sh uninstall.
